Adding Multiple Listings
You can add more listings at any time, and you'll always have the option to modify your subscription later on if your listing needs change. We have a variety of packages available for independent property owners as well as property management companies.
To add listings to your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Update Your Subscription
- Sign in to your account
- Select Add a Listing from the top navigation menu
- Go to Manage listing(s)
- Select My Listings
If you have reached the maximum number of listings in your current subscription, you can add listings by upgrading your subscription.
Review your subscription settings and select Change Subscription to proceed with adding another listing:
Use the drop-down menu to change the number of listings in your subscription, make any other desired edits, and then select Update Subscription:
Step 2: Submit Your Payment
If the edits you make to your subscription result in a balance due, select Pay by credit card to proceed.

Step 3: Activate Your New Listing
After saving your listing, you must change your new listing from Inactive to Active in order for it display in the housing search:
Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your listing to appear on the website.
