Property Listers
Individuals/Private Owners
Independent property owners can register to create an account to create and manage property listings directly on the Off-Campus Housing website.

Apartment Complexes/Management Companies
We provide customized packages and discounted rates tailored to suit the needs of apartments and property management companies. To get started or receive more information, simply complete a registration form and we'll reach out to you shortly!
University Affiliates
To get started, students, faculty, and staff members can follow the steps to register for an account. For additional information and resources, check out the Community Help Center.
Guests & Other Users
If you're a future student, faculty member, or staff member and do not yet have your school email and/or login credentials, you can register as a guest and upgrade your account later.
Note: If the guest registration page states "Guest registration is not allowed," this means the website does not permit users to register unless they are a property lister or have university login credentials. If you would like more information regarding registration eligibility, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
