Which Property Lister Account Should I Choose?

Not sure which registration option applies to you? See below to find the right one for you:

#1: Individuals/Private Owners

You can register as an Individual/Private Owner if:

✔ You want to list a property/properties that you personally own.

✔ The property you own is 4 units or less in total. 

✔ You handle all rental responsibilities, including listing the property, hosting tours, managing lease agreements, and handling maintenance and tenant inquiries.

This account type is for independent property owners renting out a single-family home, duplex, condo, or other properties as private landlords.

#2: Apartment/Management Companies

Choose this option if:

✔ You own or manage multiple properties or a single multifamily property (e.g., an apartment building)

✔ You are an employee of a property management or real estate company, a realtor, or a broker.

We offer customized packages and competitive rates designed to meet the needs of apartment communities and property management companies. If you are listing rentals on behalf of business, your company must register under a Property Management Company account.

#3: Students, Faculty & Staff

✔ You are a current university affiliate with a .edu email or valid login

✔ You are looking to post a single listing

Students, faculty, and staff can register here to post a single property listing. If you plan to list more than one property, you will need to create a separate property manager account to create additional listings.

What if I personally own/manage more than four units?

If you own or manage more than four rental units, you must register through a sales representative for a contracted account. This ensures your listings receive the appropriate level of support and the right package to meet your advertising needs.
